This will help with my peps plus the fact that were only getting a university subhood world in the ep and the store world is a new world for us to play around in.

For those that don't know it was announced today and is out Feb 21st in regular and gold versions. It looks gorgeous just go to the worlds forum.

Now we know atleast one of the things they'll be talking about in the live chat Feb 14th.

Yes and you also have let out some of your built up Excitement steam. You were gonna explode soon if you didn't know what the new world was.

I'm not sold on it either yet until I know more. I bought all the world and I'm kind of annoyed that the first two world didn't have any PC items. At least not to my knowledge did you get a PC with Hidden Springs.

I know a lot of people are bashing it, but I think it will look amazing. It'll be perfect to create some Scandinavian sims, or pretend my simself finally realized my real dream of moving to Sweden after finishing university.

From the pictures they've shown so far it seems extremely underwhelming compared to all the previous worlds minus Barnacle Bay.

I just checked it out...from the pictures, I dunno, Cat...it looks kinda boring in my opinion. I have Monte Vista...but I think for UL since we aren't getting a new neighborhood...I might just finally indulge in the gold version of Sunlit Tides...I hate how much it costs, but...I have been wanting that and Lucky Palms...but Sunlit Tides seems more appealing...I'm sure they're both awesome though.

As for Aurora Skies, maybe it'll look better in the live chat, but I'm pretty picky if I gotta spend over 40 bucks on something...(If I bought a world from the store, it would only be the gold versions).

Hidden Springs had the fountain of youth. Barnacle bay was the only world without a PC item.

I kind of wish that they would slow down on the worlds... Monte Vista came out like what, almost 2 months ago? Coupled with not only the worlds that came with previous expansions, we have quite a few store worlds already. I haven't even begun to crack the surface with these recent ones!

If you want to be technical then yes, Monte Vista was released initially to the general public in December with the retail version in January. However that only furthers my point. I only just recently got Monte Vista and I still haven't even fully cracked open lucky palms. We are about a full month after Monte Vista's initial release and they are already promoting another world?

I've played both Sunlit Tides and Lucky Palms, and while they're beautiful, with the addition of Seasons and my love of playing all of the seasons, these hot desert or tropical worlds just don't do me any good (Except if I have Traveller mod installed, then hellooo spring break and honeymoon fun in Sunlit Tides.

I think this really comes down to different tastes, some people like the warm and tropical, some people like living that boring suburban American dream, some like the city life. It's all a matter of choice.

Yea the fountain of youth lets sims get a chance to age back or just drink from it plus it makes a great decor object if your buiding a spa or garden community lot. It's a minature waterfall.

I've also used the FOY to put around public swimming pools. Also it compliments the Warbling Windchimes Premium Object.

Ahhh so in other words it's the same thing as the Young Again LTR, Young Again Potion from Chemistry Table, and the potion from Alchemy.

yup.

i don't like it not being in retail stores. for people who can't buy simpoints that was wonderful. i got two store worlds now when before all i had was riverview. the world itself isnt very intersting but hot springs are cool to this lady

Not exactly. Wishing for youth just ages you back to the first day of your current stage, as opposed to the first day of being a young adult. If the wish fails, one of your Sim's traits is permanently changed to a Childish trait.

Drinking from it just adds an extra day to your Sim's current age, allowing them to live one day longer, and they can drink it literally every day to stay young. The difference is that children and teens can also drink from it, extending their time in those ages.
