More accurately, we don't know for sure. Blogs about AS have certainly hinted at a romantic theme and I think it's very possible we will get something romance related at that time (either in the world or the venue) but until we see exactly what we're getting with it, it's really too earlier to say either we are or are not for sure.

I do get what you're saying with your post though. There is hope, but when expressed as fact can be misleading. Even if the intention was not to mislead at all.

The intention isn't to mislead, it's just that he's so hopeful and sure all of the time that he's going to get what he wants that he says it as fact.

It's not counted as valentine. Because it comes out on the 20th. A hotair balloon you can use anytime. Now chocolate hearts and cupid are for valentine's day. It would be cute to see a cupid as a gnome.

Sorry if I wasn't clear on this, what you just said is exactly what I meant. CLP seems like a pretty good guy and I don't think would mean to mislead anyone intentionally. Some would read his hopeful comments as fact is all.

Anyways back on topic as I just wanted to clarify that, I don't think we'll get anything new for V-Day directly either. But I do stand behind my thinking there's a possibility of something showing up in AS.

Ok maybe I got a little too confident but if the love set is released in the gold version the op will want to get it because it has a box of chocolates sims can give and it's premium content.

Op there is a heart shaped heartplace on sale in the ingame store this weekend is a matter of fact it maybe free and also some wall lamps with hearts on them.

On the love set if it doesn't arrive in the Aurora Skies Gold Version I'm planning on putting up a petition however I'm still glad the hotair balloon offers romantic interactions especially the drinking cider together.

Will I be upset if we don't get it? Yes I will. Now if they throw in a heart shaped hottub even without the love set I will be totally happy.

I thought you'd be most excited over the fact that sims can woohoo in the hot air balloon. Might as well get that petition out now, I seriously doubt that your set will come with any version of AS. I'll sign it btw.

I am happy sims can woohoo in the balloon but I still want that picnic basket and bear rug.

TDC got his set by putting up a petition maybe I'll get mine.

They said sims could have a picnic on the balloon at first then in the next blog they showed two sims with cider. I hope this isn't what they meant by a picnic of course the picnic basket could be hidden in the balloon.

Maybe we'll get a surprise on Valentine's day - it does fall on a Thursday after all.
