Not sure what that link is pointed to. But to get that car just go redownload the ORIGINAL Xmas stuff.

Free stuff

Ok, I really need some help here, My situation is that I've bought the sims 3 pets limited edition, and I've also in the past bought stuff from the sims 3 store, well I keep running into a little problem, The computer that has my sims 3 game on it does NOT have the internet and I'm a little frustrated with the fact that there is no way to save stuff from the store to A jump drive and transfer it to my other computer (at least not that i know of LOL!) but I was really wondering if anyone could help me. Thanks!

This is OT but here goes: Whatever computer you actually have the store stuff on, go to start menu/documents/electronicarts/sims3/Downloads. All your sims3 packs will be in there. You can Save those to a CD-R disc (copy and paste) or a flashdrive. Then just pop that into the new computer, double click the sims3 packs (you will have to create a Downloads folder with a capital "D" in the same place as other computer), copy and paste all the sims3packs into the Downloads folder. They will all show up in the Launcher and you can then install all.

You might not have an internet account, but I bet your computer will indeed get online somehow or other. Wifi, hard cable connection, even dialup--most computers do have some method of getting out into the world. Your computer's manual or tech support phone number would be your best resource there.

If you absolutely don't, then a thumb drive might be your best option. I've had very bad luck transferring Store files with CD/DVDs, but a thumb drive doesn't burn stuff the same way and might work if the CD/DVDs give you similar issues.
