Whenever i try to ctrl+click to the right of my sim's lifetime happiness points total, nothing happens. I did it before and it worked, but it won't now.

I need some help with those cheats! The shazaam one does nothing neither that clicking one - are there others? And the Edit in CAS my game doesn't recognise it, everything else works but I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out!

Yes you can

Use Ctrl + Shift + Apple command key + C to open the cheat console.

The Apple Command key is the key with the Apple logo printed on it.

i'm not sure if this has been posted yet, but this may be helpful

when you have moodlets that you don't want, there is a way to take them away without using the moodlet manager.

first you need to do ctrl+shift+c and write testingcheatsenabled true then you ctrl+click on the moodlet you no longer desire and.... POOF (okay, not really poof, but whatever) its gone!!! and your mood meter goes to what its supposed to be.

i hope i helped a few people!

edit: if you remove the "having baby" moodlet or the "pregnant" moodlet, you will no longer be pregnant

I dunno if this has been posted or not yet, the forum pages are quite long....

Some of the cheats, such as Shazaam won't work because those cheats are for the 'leaked' version of sims3.
If you went out and got the retail version of the game you have to use the 'testingcheatsenabled' and then shift click on the mail box and choose things like make all happy ect. -Or to set age, shift click on any sim.

What I would like to know -if anyone else knows, is there is an option box in the main menu that allows you to turn off the aging prosess, or up the amount of time sims age.
This box is greyed out for me, is this again because it's a retail bought version? And is there any other way around the aging up process- prolonging it ect?

Ok
Life time rewards Cheat

1.Open the cheatbox in the MAIN MENU(WHERE YOU CHOOSE YOUR TOWNS)
2.Type in testingcheatsenabled true in
3.Go into any sim.
4.select sim
5.Go into sim's Life time Rewards Panel(The treasure chest)
6.Hold in Ctrl(Control)
7.While holding in control,click there

It comes 500 points at a time ppl

Not sure why anyone would feel they have to cheat, but the only thing I want is to be able to have more then 8 sims in household. Its very irritating. Why do they impose this limit? So many people hate it.

i hate the limit to,i think it is because some players can't handle more than 8 or something,i think there is a mod for that(Just google it),but thanx to the forum rules i can't tell you or give you a link to it.Personaly i don't have any mods or CC because of the problems they give.
