Hi everyone, this is my community lot for the Sanshi Sumei Town, a Builders Boulevard’s Japanese Neighborhood Project by Tota.
After seeing SimEve tutorial for the aquarium with fish, I had to try to do that big fish tank and this lot was the perfect opportunity for me.
Turn out that the restaurant offers fresh fish for their delicious sushi and every Sims/costumer is pleased with the view.

I hope you enjoy it as much as I do and have fun with it if you decided to download it. And please, if you like it I will appreciate your recommendation. Have fun!

Wow, Freynas, this is so totally different and yet equally stunning! The room with the fountains and floor seating is my favourite, very eye-pleasing! You actually managed to make a public restroom look delicate too, kudos to you for that, lol! The sushi bar looks like a nice place to sit down and eat, overlooking all that fish. A rec as usual

Fantastic, I love it, the bar looks so nice with that aquarium surrounding it, the interiors look vary nice. I think my favorite is the bathroom, so calm and relaxing.

What a lovely Japanese lot! Love the roofing and the pond outside! Inside, I love that meditation area with the fountain! Looks so peaceful! Those cushions are a very nice touch! It is a pity that EA does not have cushions in the game or in the store! Anway, going back to your lot, the living room is very very pretty! Also, that blue wall carpet/hanging in the dining area looks special! The Sushi bar with the aquarium looks gorgeous! Great stuff Freynas! Recommended!
