I'll leave text placement upto you. The idea is that people will think it's a real shocking headline with a pic to match, but when they look a little closer they'll see it's just an ad.
As long as that's conveyed you can put the text wherever

I am horribly sorry; but I'm afradi I'll have to drop out of the competition. I have been having severe computer issues lately, and it refuses me to play the Sims. I have had to withdraw from all of my competitions; and I am afradi that I cannot ensure my return to the simming community.

Sorry for all the questions, but, are we allowed to make genetic facial changes? Or do we keep or model as they look.

No changes to facial structure are allowed. We aren't really judging on how alike genetically your model is to your celeb - it's more about how you style them and their attitude
