Presenting:

Sheila's Decay
Download it here!

I figured it was time for something different. This home is wrecked, broken down to its foundations and all-around spooky to live in - yet you can! If your Sims are brave enough, this home offers a good sized living for two, with any comforts they may need.

Just do better than my testing Sim, Sheila Showoff, who actually died while testing this lot. The name of it shouldn't come as a surprise now, should it?

In her memory, then; pictures!

This is the outside 'dining' area. Though part of it is laying in ruin, it's still functional enough for some good cooking, relaxing, and enjoying some sun. Just hope it doesn't rain, because that roof isn't any good anymore!

Ah, Sheila's favorite bench, quietly at the little pond. Nobody has dared sitting there since, as you may be able to tell by the wild surroundings. Still, it has that feel-good touch to it..

Still, Sheila was also rather superstitious, and intensely believed that bringing flowers to the man who carried her plumbob would keep her healthy. Poor Sheila, little did she know.

Oh, she also sucked at parking.

Here, we see the entrance. This once has a lovely balcony, and a grand second floor.. But there's not much left of that now, is there?

Moving on inside, we see the place where Sheila spent most of her days. Being a true couch potato, nothing quite ever beat the calling of the TV set.

The dining area is still much in its original form - so much even, that nobody bothered to move back the chair of the guest who was scared by the plant!

The kitchen still is functional after all these years, but you'd better watch it; there's quite a few spoiled meals on the menu!

Down in the basement, you may finally find a place to catch some rest. Warning: Beds are not guaranteed spider-free!

Coming to the end of this little tour, let me show you the bathroom. And, to be fair.. You'd best keep your neat Sims away from here - for obvious reasons.

And thereby, we conclude the tour of Sheila's Decay. In honor of her memory, or being confused by what the heck that is;

Wow ... I would definitely give the place a wide birth if I were a freak SIM. Very nicely (though it feels odd saying that ) done. Rec on the way.

This house is very unique, dark and moody, I like it.
May I ask- how did you create the roof beams, with terrain or something else?

Very creative , as I said on Fidlertens thread, LOVE the use of the wooden little fence - genius! I have sympathy with the interior/exterior etc, who knew it was hard to make things look err... cra....bad! . We did a haunted house challenge on our website which utilised those skills...BAH I wish I could have 'borrowed' that idea in it lol!

Going to rec now

This is amazing! I LOVE the wrecked roof - looks like you had fun with CFE. I love the creativity behind this, and the execution is great. Rec'd it.
