P.S. ^I just wanted to make a point, and make it noticable.^

Um... You COULD still get vampirism if it was a main neighborhood... I don't know where that part of the argument came from...

How? You need to ask a vampire to gain vampirism, if it was a neighborhood then sims in Sunset Valley, Riverview, or Twinbrook couldn't be vampires.

Mastered the ZOMBIE. Mod/CC-free game. I'm a starkid.

First of all, the caps was TOTALLY unnecessary. You know nothing about how this will affect our games, who says you can't have townies that are vampires in SV RV and TB? You can't go around slandering rumors of the game, when we've BARELY been told anything. I doubt that it'll be a sub-hood, just because what is the point of doing that? Why should you have to wait -ANOTHER- 10 minutes to go to a club? or to visit your friends in the sub-hood? That wouldn't make any sense. I think we'll see an entirely new neighborhood, because the load times would be terribly long. I have to wait a good 10 minutes just to load a game, then if i want to go to france, -ANOTHER- 10 minutes, and I'm running a high end computer. But not even I know anything, we'll have to wait and see.

I think it will be a hood and not a subhood.

Check out the CAW forum here there are several worlds that have an intergrated urban with suburban environments on the same map and they're seemless.

Example this fantastic world called Red Country: http://forum.thesims3.com/jforum/posts/list/180522.page

Who cares if they're seamless or not, not everyone wants to give up on their actual neighbourhood in order to play the new city but at the same time they want to live in a city. I think that EA should find a way to make it possible.

maybe to settle this ea could make it be a sub hood and a regular hood, you could play it from the main menu but other sims could still visit it

I'm guessing there will be a new neighborhood/city but also there will be city skyscrapers and maybe other city stuff to put into existing neighborhoods if that's what the player wants. So in a way, the player can bring elements of the city to the neighborhood if they don't want to move to the city. Well, that's my theory anyway.

From Grant Himself:

Q- the new neighborhood a neighborhood like Riverview,Twinbork and Sunset Valley or like a neighborhood where you move?
A- It’s like Twinbrook, Riverview, or Sunset Valley. You can import your sims using Edit Town if you want to keep the same family.
