Been observing this thread from afar (and in amusement at some of the posts) and finally felt compelled to add my two cents. I would be game to see some sort of illness or disease in the game (would add a little element of challenge to the game) so long as they were curable and not too similar to any real-life diseases - well maybe except for illnesses like the common cold or food poisoning.

I remember growing up and playing a game called Theme Hospital and there were some silly and fictional diseases that the developers came up with. Why not add that zany and silly element back into the series by 'doctoring' up other fictional illnesses perhaps named after previous characters or NPCs in the Sims series?

where do you have the hospital for without diseases? but don't go to far with it. just a few is enough

Yep,Any other suggestions.

I wouldn't mind the Science lab "accidentally" let loose a virus where sims would go to the hospital for a cure, but didn't have one, and would have to go to the Science facility to get the cure.

I was talking about the creepers who actually wanted the idea...I don't want the idea because EA wouldn't do that.
