The last time I could not find an item, it was that "balloon dress" that was a free download to shop the store from inside the game, and someone provided me a link. Is this perhaps a freebie that I missed? Does anyone have a link? i always have to wait for a new expansion to get simpoints...but that's so limiting..only 10dollars worth :cry: i want all original stuff for my game...i don't wanna modify my game. i hope EA Sims Team do something about this.

I want to have a picture of something else on my avatar, not just my regular sim. So if I, for instanse want a flower on my avatarpic, how do I load it? I need to make a sim and attach the picture to the sim picture, but I have no idea of how to do that.
I've seen that many of you guys have cool pictures of your sim, not only those boring ones (like mine) with white backgrounds, etc.

I haven't played much of the sims 3 for probably about 3 months or so. I played "World Adventures" for a bit but just got bored.

I bought "High end loft" yesterday and installed it...then I remembered how I have to sit and wait for the loading screens...for me the first loading screen doesn't take long..its when you click the family you want to play..then it loads..it literally takes 10 minutes at least. To me thats so long. Once in the game its fine..(a little big of lag here and there). The "create a sim" screens are insanely laggy..for me to make a sim takes like a half hour at least lol. I have SOME custom content but not much at all mainly just some hair styles.

Is this my pc's problem or the game? How long do the loading screens take for everyone else? I have a pretty new laptop with a good graphics card...the in-game is fine..its just the **** loading screens lol.

Maybe I should try lowering some settings next time I play?
