I have some sims that I want to be childless and they really like woohoo. I guess I've only been lucky thus far. They really need to incorporate a "pill", tubes tied, no children aspiration reward, or something like that then. Not sure if there is a cheat to make them come out more. But I have noticed in my game, that it is like every other night for ghosts to come out in the first few graves. But every 3rd night for ghosts to come out of the back and side graves.
