Finally, i retried the link about 4 imes but it's now working .. So, time to answer those questions:
1. No thanks but something I've since realised is that I'd really like a room which is an academy type place with board breaking and training dummies since I never travel anymore because of the loading times...
2. Not really, since I'm making the world it's going in it could be on anything from a 10x20 to a 40x40 lot. I think maybe something around 30x30(if those actually exist elsewhere from custom worlds...) but I really don't mind.
3. I think I'd like there to be pastels with some sort of dark accents to create a bit of contrast so it doesn't look to plain but yes, mostly pale pastel colours like pale greens with pure white and creamy red.

1. Did you want any area for anything besides getting married and the bar you asked for? ie: dance floor?

2. Do you want the bar inside or outside?

3. Do you want any space outside at all or can I build to the edge of the lot?

I tried to build this house myself, and I think from the blueprints that this place was built into a hill, if that helps matters any. I can't build house into hills (yet. Hehehe) so I placed the request with all of y'all on the contact team.

I just want to make sure that you are good with any type of Traditional Build. Also wanted to make sure that you have an operating system in your PC that is going to be able to handle this big build. I will make it large as you like. but even with 7 bedrooms I am not sure you need to have that large of a lot. Like I said.
